John Moran
CEO and Head of Capital Markets, Ireland
John is CEO of JLL in Ireland and an Executive Director of the company. He also heads the Investment team.
He joined JLL in 1986 and is one of Ireland’s leading specialists in property investment with extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals for and on behalf of pension funds, property companies, life assurance companies and private investors. He has been involved in many of the country’s largest and most complex transactions including the sale of Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (€950m) and the acquisition of Project Jewel including Dundrum Town Centre for €1.8bn. During his career he has executed over €10bn of transactions.
